Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile image. We store your subscription plan and your monthly page-usage count to operate the Service. We do not collect payment card details — these are handled directly by our payment processor, Creem.

2. Your documents

Files you upload (or URLs and text you paste) are converted to Markdown and returned to you. Document content is processed transiently to fulfil the request and is never persisted in our database or used to train AI models. We keep only lightweight metadata about each conversion — file name, page count, source and date — so you can see your history; never the content itself.

3. Cookies

We use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymous usage (such as which pages are visited). Google Analytics sets its own cookies; you can block them via your browser settings or an opt-out extension. We do not use advertising or cross-site ad-tracking cookies.

4. Service providers

We rely on Google (sign-in, and anonymous usage analytics via Google Analytics), Cloudflare (hosting, database and document conversion) and Creem (payments). Each processes data only as needed to provide their part of the Service.

5. Your rights

You can request access to or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your profile, subscription and usage records.
