Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Marklune (the “Service”), a tool that converts PDF documents into Markdown. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content you upload. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
3. Plans, billing & refunds
Free accounts include a monthly page allowance. Paid plans (Pro, Team) are billed monthly through our payment processor, Creem, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Allowances reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to process content you do not have the right to use, or to upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious material. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its rate limits. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the documents you upload and the Markdown produced. Uploaded files are processed transiently to perform the conversion and are not used to train models. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Conversion accuracy is not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marklune is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
